Core stability is an essential component of any workout; allowing your clients to become stronger, improve their exercise technique and reduce the chance of injury. You will gain the knowledge and practical skills to deliver a range of core stability training methods using the stability ball to your clients either in a one to one or group environment.
You will also gain a deeper understanding of the mobilising and stabilising muscles and their roles and how to deliver fun and practical stability ball and core strength sessions. You will leave this one day workshop with deeper understanding of core stability, the value of functional core stability exercises and will be able to deliver varied core stability training to clients in a fun way.
A REPs recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification (level 2) is required prior to commencing this course.This workshop is formatively assessed students will achieve a certification of attendance and 8 CPD credits.
