There are 46 SLM Leisure run Banana Fitness Suites throughout the UK, predominately located in the Midlands and the South of England.
What does Banana Fitness offer members?
At Banana Fitness we offer 3 ways to exercise
- bXP programmes
- bGX classes
- bPT sessions
bXP is a 'menu' of exercise programmes designed to give you more choice and more variety in your workout.
There are up to 8 exercise experiences - dash, punch, spin, swim, balance, cardio, strength & sports.
If you're new to exercise we'll help you choose the right programmes. If you already exercise regularly you can choose your own programmes to suit your goals, mood & fitness level.

bPT is a half hour, one-to-one, session with a trainer, giving you an exercise experience that you could never get on your own.
It costs just £10 and is available to everyone. Use an occasional bPT session to assess where you've got to and where you're going next. Use it when you need help to get results or when you need a little bit extra in your workout. You just choose when and how often.

bGX workouts are always fantastic fun. There's strength in numbers, a wide variety of classes and plenty of friendly encouragement.
At most clubs you can choose from a range of world famous classes including Body Pump, Body Combat & Body Balance.
bGX offers you motivation when you're feeling flat, exciting workouts when you need a buzz and relaxing, stress free sessions when you need to wind down.

Who should join a Banana Fitness centre?
If you want to run a Marathon, or run a Personal Best this year, we can help you. But if you just want to touch your toes, we'll bend over backwards to help you do that too.
