Gleneagles: The Club

Indoors, The Club provides leisure and recreational activities for all ages.

You can swim in the lagoon-shaped pool, exercise in the gymnasium, enjoy fitness classes, take to the squash court or completely unwind in a Jacuzzi, sauna or Turkish bath. Children can enjoy the use of the children's pool and playroom.

The Club's indoor facilities include:

  • 20 metre length lap pool and leisure pool equipped with underwater jets

  • aerobics dance studio
  • luxurious changing accommodation
  • lavishly appointed health suite including, sauna and steam room
  • plus … our restaurant with a wood-fired pizza oven, wood-burning grill and a refreshingly different menu for light meals and snacks.

Why not take advantage of our highly experienced personal trainers and experience a new dimension to exercise.  The sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and designed to achieve your desired goals. 

What does a personal trainer do?

Gleneagles personal trainers will design an exercise programme tailored to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Trainers will provide guidance in exercise principles, in-depth information on every aspect of the session including programme design, weight selection, frequency and duration of the work out, and offer immediate feedback on completion of your session. The benefits of training are an increased sense of well being, improved muscle tone, improvement in aerobic fitness and the maximisation of weight loss.
