Spa: Heated to blood temperature, the spa has upward and side jets creating an all over body massage. Let the bubbles gently sooth away all your stresses.

Sauna: A favourite for relaxation, the sauna is hot and dry to help relax muscles after exercise.

Steam: Not as hot as a sauna, eucalyptus-filled steam is useful for assisting the cardio system and helping to detox and cleanse skin and muscles.
